Dipti Deepak, a Founder Director of Nirmiti Academy, is an internationally certified Facilitator, Coach and Speaker, conducting inspirational and life-transforming programs for individuals and organisations, since 2007. She is adept in facilitating varied Soft Skills programs; her forte lies in In-class and Online Learning services in the areas of Personality Development, Placement Coaching, Spoken English, Business Communication, Corporate Training and Coaching for individuals, students, Homemakers, institutions and Corporates.

Set up in January 2017, Dipti founded Nirmiti Academy with an objective to provide wholesome learning solutions to common leaders from all walks of life. Over the last 3 years with her robust team of trainers, she has acted as a true catalyst and provided several Soft Skills, Personality Development, Managerial Effectiveness, Business Communication, Spoken English programs and Seminars for over 1500 students.

As a Chief Facilitator, she has transformed more than 280 individual contributors - Students, Professionals, Entrepreneurs at Nirmiti Academy's Professional Training Centre, Thane from varied sectors, Manufacturing, Teaching, Pharma, IT and ITES, Marketing and Sales, Chartered Accountancy, Startups, Exports, Construction, Banking, Insurance and more. She has mentored diverse students and transitioned them from Campus to Corporate culture from Minatai Thakre Institute of Nursing, BN Bandodkar College of Science, Muchhala Polytechnic, KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, SmiRA Academy of Beauty and Cosmetology, IES Management College, Mumbai, and VN Bedekar Institute of Management Studies, Thane.

Her passion to empower women brought rise to her flagship brand 'Empowering W' in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Jan 2018 saw her brushing shoulders with speakers from Currae Healthcare, LIC of India and TBZ The Original at Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium whereas Jan 2019 opened gates to women entrepreneurs, honourable panelists, dance and fashion institutions and quick tip workshops at The Thane Club. 2020 saw Nirmiti Academy taking Empowering W 3.0 to digital platform in association with Thaneweb with interviews and inspiring chats with women contributors in the fields of Education, Art, Community Service and more.

Her contribution as Training Lead to Syntel, Reliance Communication, and Mahindra & Mahindra and to market leaders viz. PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cognizant, Credit Corporation of India, Arihant Industries, and Portescap as Freelance Corporate Trainer has been truly significant.

As a Certified Coach from Grow More Avenues, she has been successfully conducting Life and Executive Coaching programs for Ferring Group, CISCO, ASIL Image Consulting, Environmental Management Centre, Taliber Consulting, and other individuals.

As a Teach English as Foreign Language Trainer from TEFL Worldwide Paris, she was proudly associated with international leaders such as Orange, Dessange International, Chanel and GDF Suez for Soft skills and English language programs.

Jubilant as a Gold Medalist, she holds an Honors Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from IES Management College, Mumbai.
